The brief was a presentation and sixteen page booklet that involved the issue of ‘Diagnosis and the Internet.’ I adapted items such as a computer mouse, or sample bottle and interlaced them with technology. They were then printed on clear acetate to reflect the traditional x-ray imagery. It was a subconscious nod that while technology provided information about illnesses and could be comforting or scary, you still need a professional to ‘read’ the information and guide you through it.
