visual identity, collateral and strategy
This service was created by two individuals who had previously been imprisoned. They noticed the difficulty in finding services available for others who were released and their families.
The clients requested branding and a website with some printed materials. However, through more conversations over a four week period, key insights were noted such as the lack of manpower for the service and the tone of voice people use when speaking to individuals in prison. This informed the design.
